Although our city staff has made noticeable and valuable improvements to our communications efforts, I plan to work directly with staff to:
- Continue updates and revisions to our city website to make navigation easier, clarify search options and resource links - Our first priority is to spotlight alerts and safety contacts.
- Create a virtual Town Hall webpage that will highlight community activities, personalities, local businesses and special interests and that will potentially include interactivity.
- Review our current social media accounts and activity to establish a consistent style and posting schedule. Most importantly we need to broadcast our social media handles to encourage resident engagement:
